• All purchases are non-refundable
• No refunds will be issued for unused time, features, or services
• No refunds will be issued if your access is terminated due to violation of these terms
• No refunds will be issued for game updates, patches, or changes that affect functionality
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent account termination

We encourage you to thoroughly review our services before making any purchase.

USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Atherhub, its owners, operators, developers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our Content or services
• Any actions taken against your accounts on third-party platforms (including but not limited to Roblox)
• Account suspensions, bans, or terminations on any platform
• Loss of virtual items, currency, progress, or data
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions, bugs, or errors in our Content
• Actions of other users or third parties

We provide our Content "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the functionality, compatibility, or safety of our scripts.

All Content provided by Atherhub, including but not limited to scripts, code, designs, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Atherhub. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Content for personal use only. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our Content
• Sell, resell, or sublicense our Content
• Use our Content for commercial purposes without authorization
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Sharing or redistributing premium Content
• Abusive behavior towards staff or other users
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

Atherhub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or any other third-party platform. Use of our services may violate the terms of service of third-party platforms. You acknowledge that:

• We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms
• You use our services at your own risk regarding third-party platform policies
• We make no guarantees about detection or safety

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Atherhub, its owners, operators, developers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
